My Copadichromis Borleyi spawned a while back and the next day she spat the eggs. I thought this was down to stress so next spawning a month later I moved her to a quiet tank on her own but the next day she spat the eggs again. This has also happened with my Astatotilapia Latifasciata. Any help and advice would be appreciated.

Thanks, Mark.

Make sure the temp is on the warmer side and make sure there are ample hiding place of cause the water parameters must be good

Make sure there are no threatening predetors in the tank as well, or fish that will cause them stress. Also be patient, sometimes it takes a couple of tries before a mouthbrooder gets it right.
