Female Swordtail

Tank 150 L
PH - 7.2
Ammonia - 0
Nitrite - 0
Nitrate - 20ppm

One female sword tail has become much fatter over the last 48 hours ( nearly to the point of explosion ) so think what ever , more fry...
This morning it starts to swim up side down. Has been doing so for the last 6 hours, any idea's?

possibly swim bladder if it is swimming upside down. but dropsy makes them suddenly fat.

Are scales sticking out.
What do you feed the fish.
Once fish turn upside down they rarely make it.
I would issolate the sick fish.
