Female Swordtail Acting Weird

I recently got 2 female swordtails that seemed fine when I got them but one is acting up while the other one is doing great. Unforchantly my quarintine tank is have some water issues so I have her in with my other fish at the moment. I've had her for 3 days and she seems to be sitting on the bottom most of the time. she eats a little bit and poops and she'll come to the top at night. I've treated her for parsites and fungus but don't know whats going on. Could she just be shy and need awhile to settle?, or does she sound sick?

She may be pregnant> Swordtails are usually! How big is she> is there a dark patch in her stomach area??

She doesn't have a black area but a little bit of darker color, also most of the time her tail fin is closed. I think this weird that she's be mostly at the bottom for 4 days bust she still eating and comes at the top while eating.

I think she has fin rot as a fluffy patch was on her tail and has disinagrated where it was. Theres no redness and she still hunkered at the bottom. I have her in a 1 gal quarintine tank at the moment. Also 1 of my aussie rainbow fish now has jagged whitish fins which also looks like fin rot and is in the same quarintine tank. So any advice? I've had the swordtail for 5 days and my aussie for about 5 months what should I do?
