Female Sliggish, Pale

hey all,

one of my female gold gouramis is pale lately, slow, she was on the bottom. i could actually hold her in my hand

i've removed her from the tank into a 3g for now .. any suggestions on nursing her back to health? looks like maybe she isnt eating
