Female Platy Died ;<

yesterday i found platy fry, and i suspect that she is the mother, since they match up in colors... and i knew she was pregnant... is this normal? she didn't show any signs of sickness ): and now she's dead.

all my other platy are fine...

aww im sorry to hear about your loss.

the mother may have died having the fry...this can happen, it happened to many of my guppies i once had.

i hope her fry can survive. there is 5 grown platies in the tank with the fry cause I didn't know she was going to have them so soon after i bought her, and yeah, i can see some of them hiding, some in the gravel and other places, they're so small and cute. I hope they'll make it.. and she didn't die for nothing ;<

Oh, Sorry to hear that! I hope her fry are ok, let us know and maybe you can get some pics for when they start to grow! That would be really neat!
