Female Paradise Fish Dying?

Hi all, my female paradise has lost all her colour and has become very lethargic, lying on her side, lying in the plants very little movement yet the male paradise, along with the corys and the BN plec are all fine.

I know that i need to do a water change this week but wondered if anyone had come across a female paradise doing this sort of thing before.

Hmm not too experience with paradise fish but I know for a fact that a male's undivided attention can severely stress and even kill a female Dwarf Gourami... does the male seem to be bugging her and do you have an extra female to divert his attention?

No, male has been and still is leaving her do her own thing, shes not harassed at all in there
