I sent a pm about hm#2 just wondering is it normal for white betta's eyes to look like that?

Opaque bettas often have problems like this, sometimes to the point where the fish can be completely blind. This is a fairly light case, as often the covering is opaque, with no transparency at all, but usually the opaque covering only covers a small part of the eye. So it's kind of a personal choice whether to say it's a "bad" case or not. The covering in this case however should not interfere with the bettas functioning, including breeding.

oh that's what an hmpk female looks like? no wonder my spawn turned up with super short tails lol...beautiful fishies
