:fun: ok I know she's probably pregnant thing i would like to know is there are 4 males in the tank with her and her little baby girl. The males will not leave her alone will this stess her out any? will that stop her from having the babies right now
Any info can help.

Thank
Plysha

You shouldn't keep four male guppies with one female because they could stress her out so much that she could die. Try to add more female and mabye remove some males.
Yes, all the stress could stop the female having her fry.
Hope this helps.

Thanks I know I shouldn't keep 4 males with her I've done a little reading and it says 1 male for ever 2 females I will take her out or move some of the males I just got them yesterday from my mothers friend she didn't have time to get more females out of her tank she said she would bring me more females in a few days.......I'm just trying to save the babies and the mommy.

Thanks
For the help
Erin

I took her out should i put the other little female with her so she doesn't get lonely??? :)

would a tank divider be alright for them till i think of something else to do with all the males or till i get more females I have a 10 gallon tank.
I know I can't keep all the babies I will probably give some to my friend . but how many can you keep in one tank??? :fun:

sure a tank divider would be great. and yes you can put the other little lady in there with her if you like. If you want to keep the babies you should get a breeding net or trap so that they will be kept separate from the mom cause she will eat them if they are left in the tank with her. HTH :)

Thanks for the info I'm going to go now to wal-marts and see if they have a tank divider...... I have a breeding net thats what i have her in right now. I had to wait till my husband got home so we could go to the store...lol.... I felt bad about leaving her in there but had no other place to put her. I will let everyone know when and if she has her babies.

I can still use any Info.
another thing What do I do with the mother fish after she has them??.
Do the baby fish like light or do they like the dark better??.

Thanks again
