female guppy still preg

my guppy is still VERY fat and it's been a week since she gave birth to 20-40 fry.
can any1 tell me why.

Sometimes it can take up to a week for them to have all their fry. Otherwise, it could be a disease like dropsy, or she could be constipated.

Are her scales pineconing, or anything?
