Female Guppy Sick?

I have a female guppy who is very light in color. She has given birth once since I have gotten her, and we only noticed one fry that survived. He is just old enough for us to notice that he is a boy. We also have one other boy, so I know that we will need to get at least one more female so that the one is not overwhelmed. They are usually in a 1.5 gallon tank, but as of last night I separated my female. She has been extremely bloated for quite some time, and where she usually has a black dot, it has spread and looks like blood. I'm not sure what is wrong with her, I brought her to the pet store and the guy said he's never seen anything like it. Her spine (vertebra? I’m still new to this )is extremely curved and her body overall looks very disproportionate. Can anyone please help me figure out what is wrong with her? Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks.
