Probably that she has internal parasites. They are a complete pain in the butt, they are hard to get rid of. Sometimes fish can have them for months and have no problems, but sometimes they can kill without warning within a week or so of deciding to get worse. I've lost quite a lot of fish to them. If any fish is weakened due to another infection, they tend to strike then.
They can be cured. The three most common medications are pyrantel, praziquantel and trichlorforon. They are readily available but all target different types of parasites. Wait for Wilder to show up, becuase I couldn't identify a parasite if my life depended on it.
