Female Guppies Keep Attacking Male Guppies

I have a 65 litre tank. Their are 5 female guppies, 2 alge eaters and 4 neon tetras in the tank .
Al the male guppies that were in the tank died. The females keep attacking them and eating off their tales.
Now i went to buy new males and the females just keep attacking them and eating off thier tales.
Not one of the females shows sings off being pregnant.
The female guppies keep attacking the noen tetras also,i had 10 and only 4 are left.
Please help

I wouldn't buy anymore males if the females attack them.
You could always set up another tank for males, and also keep the neons with them.

What are your water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.
