Female Guppie Its Fin Ripped

There another problem with my female guppy

Its right fin is teard off somehow and before its tail got ripped and its nearly done healing but any suggestions why this occured

Is it in with other more agressive fish. What type of filter is in the tank. What type of decorations are in the tank?
