Female Convict with a males lump?!?!?

my female pink convict is developing a lump on its head like a male lol. She's still eating fine and hanging out with the others. Is this a weird hybrid thing or is it something worse like a tumor or brain cancer?

some females in captivity will develop nuchal humps. not uncommon for one to do so.

yes it isnt that uncommen one of my females has a hump as well, and one of them has no orange/pink on its belly as well.
