Female Chaser

Hi, Quick question for anyone who can help. I've had a black molly for a few weeks now, and i just bought another one. The one i've had for a while is a female, and the new one a male. I put them in the same tank, and it seems as if the female is chasing and harassing the male. Should i separate? or how can i remedy?

Just keep a close eye. Give things a week and they'll probably be fine. Establishing pecking order is perfectly natural in early days. Part of every day fish life.

k, Thanks everyone. I'm sort-of a beginner at fish-keeping. I've only had a tank since around Christmas. But I've become extremely obsessed with it.
