Female Blue Ram Help!

It looks like my female blue ram has Hole-in-the-head!!!
Help what do i do

Can you post a picture? Also, what are your water stats, tank size, tank mates, how old is she? Any other info you can give will help too.

i can try and get a pic tomoz, at the mo it doesn't look serious it seems to just be a whitepatch on the front of her head between her eyes, more on one side. All the stats are fine and she isn't stressed at all so im not sure what it is.
She is in a 190l tank with a male, 2 keyholes, 6 cardinals and 4 honey gouramis.
]How long does it take for it to look bad??

Can you specific stats? Ammo, nitrite, nitrate, ph, temp... that may help alot!

it sounds more like fungus to me, if you have another tank, try and isolate her for the time being until we figure out what it is

ok nitrates at 0, nitrites at 0, ammonia at 0, ph is 7.5 and temp is 25C.
Ok she is in a 190l tank with a male ram, 2 keyholes, 6 cardinals, 6 kuhlis and now 3 honey sunset gouramis.
She always seems perfectly happy, not stressed at all, all the fish seem to get along perfectly fine, no trouble what so ever.
She eats well but it is just that white patch on the front of her head between the eyes, more to right eye side.

is your tank planted, as it's hard to keep your nitrate at 0.....?

yer it is very planted alot of swimming space tho, it is proberbly about 2 or 3 not 0 the scal doesnt go down that low.
Ok im tryin to put the pics up, she is now sometimes trying to rub that part of her head on logs and things and swimming erratically.
What should i do??

Okay it looks like some sort of fungus to me, how can i cure it???

okey dokey i am currently treating the tank with melafix as i think it is a fungus.
What are the main causes of a fungus infection, does anyone know???
