Hi all, i'm in the process of setting up a planted tank. getting all the bits and pieces together at the moment.
at the moment in a bare bottomed tank i have 1 male BN plec, 1 khuli loach and lots of guppies. i really want to get rid of the guppies and stock something else instead.
what i was thinking, was once the tank is planted up and ready to go, how about some female bettas?
but i need some advice. the tank is 32x15x12inches how many could/should i keep?
will they be happy in a planted tank?
will they be ok with Bristlenoses? and khulis?
i also liked the idea of a pair of rams, would they be ok with bettas?
filtration is a fluval 204 external.

:thanks:

Well that's almost a 25 gallon tank and the female bettas would love a planted tank, lots of places to hide and retreat and would get on excellently with BN plecs and khuli loach. I don't know about rams, but you could have about 15 girls in there, it would be a really beautiful sight! If you go ahead, would love to see pics!
