ok i have 2 89 litre tanks that i wanna stock up in the next month or 2. i was thinking of having a group of female betta's now ive never kept a female betta in my life so im here to ask the questions.

ill assume the basic care is the same as the males(i have 2 of them) i know females can be kept together in groups of 6 or more but heres my thing. id like to keep a variety i.e. i dont want them all to be sisters and all look the same as has been recommended. if i was to do this id be buying them all off of kg bettas and they would all be added at the same time.

the 2 tanks are 24lx15wx15h or a 30lx15wx12h both 89 litres slightly less when filled which would be better for female bettas do they like length or would the extra width be prefered?

so any advice or suggestions ppl could throw my way is greatly appreciated :good:

shallower one I would say, lots of caves and plants, and add them all at the same time and leave the lights off for a while and keep an eye on them. Theres not guarentees.

probably not my besr idea for a tank then hey  thanks all the same :good:
