What does it mean when the female gets horizontal lines???

She seems very interested in him, but she has not vertical lines, but horizontal. Is there a problem here??

I'm sorry, but I don't get what you're saying. If a horizontal line means that she's full of eggs, then wouldn't you want her to have the horizontal lines instead of vertical? Or did you swich the two? Or am I just dense?

the horizontal lines means she is stressed.
she needs vertical line to breed.
That when you know she is full of eggs

there is a thread further down were the same question has been asked with a link to a pic. Take a look if these are her stripes like i said stress is probably causing it.
