Female Betta Emergency; Has Been Attacked

Well Heather died last night. All other fish in the tank seem happy and healthy. Jasmine, however, is looking for a new female betta to chase out. We've posted on a few betta forums and been informed that sometimes female bettas will pick on the smallest and drive them out. Am wary about getting more female bettas later on. But will 3 be ok in there with the corys?
