Tizzy my female feathertail betta has developed what i think might be dropsy, i have seen pictures of dropsy on google and its looks exactly the same. She was extremely lethargic yesterday, but seems abit perkier today although the swelling is still the same
Another female now seems abit lethargic, i have done a 50% waterchange, and the female betta in questtion has been tubbed into a shallow container.
Is it definetley dropsy, can i treat it, as ive read once it gets to the pine-coning stage you cant
