Female Betta - community?

Sorry - new to the board so lots of questions!

Have community tank as laid out below...would a young female betta be quite happy with my fish below? Have never seen/read much about female temperament by themselves?!

No it wouldn't because the gourami will harrass it so much it will die. But you can get a 10g and get about 5 females in it.
