feeling lost

hi everyone.......

im feeling a bit lost at the moment regarding my new tank and what to put in it....iv read lots of posts and info,been to pet shops ..looked after my bf cichlids and knife fish..and now iv gone and got a new tank,this will be my seccond tank as i have a comunity tank at the moment set up (54 liters).

well iv now got a 32 gallon/144liter tank sitting in my garage waiting till my new room is done so it can go in there ....

my problem is what fish to put in it..i want to learn as much about the fish befor i got out and get them..

and i realy injoy cichlids..i had a breeding pair of kribs i loved but sadly died.
and i would realy like to make my new tank a cichlid tank....

so ya im pretty much wanting to hear from people who own cichlids..im so exited to be settign up a new tank..i dont realy want anything that going to out grow my tank fast i dont mind upgrading later on but not in 6 months time..i want somethign with personality

so any idears guys

first of all would help to know what the ph is of your water? the less monkeying around you have to do with your water the better. did you have any certain lake in mind? with a small tank like the 32 you should go for the more peaceful species. stay away from the larger more open water speces. what is the footprint of this tank in inches? is it a tall tank?

hi the tank is empty and i thin kteh tap water around here is baout 8 ph wize...the tank is 45cm up dont know in inches sorry and 90 cm long...i dont want anyhtign to big just somehtign that has personality and thats fun to watch and look after
