How many times should you feed a day?

Also is it best to rotate between frozen, dry or flake or a combination of all three?

Thanks.

Tell us more about your tank and what inhabitants you have. I have a FOWLR tank with semiaggressive fish. The are fed pellets by an automatic feeder twice a day, and I feed meaty foods and nori a couple of times a week. For most fish, variety in the diet is a good thing.

I have a cleaner wrasse, a pyjama wrasse,2 hum bugs, a jewel blennie and a royal gamma.

Skimmer? Carbon dosing?

I basically feed whenever I feel like it, at the most its live baby brine shrimp in the morning and a few pinches of pellet in the afternoon, or its only frozen mysis for the day, or its only pellets for the day etc. etc..

I have a 29 usg w/2 yasha gobies, a percula clown, and a yellow clown goby. Inverts that eat food are 3 hermits + 1 pistol shrimp + 7 nass. snails.

I feed about 3x per week. Mostly frozen marine cusine, formula 1 pellets 1 time a week. I always add selcon and garlic to my frozen and I never rinse my frozen food either.
