Feeding

I bought some frozen krill today to feed my peacock cichlid and convict cichlid. They both seemed to enjoy it very much, is it a good idea to feed them krill?

Both of those species will love krill and benefit from it as they are Carnivores. As with most fish - a varied diet is the key though.
