Feeding Vegetables

Just wondering what techniques everyone uses to make veg sink in the tank when feeding malawis, plecos etc etc.

We use a couple of terracotta weights that we got when we brought some plants.

For my malawis, I cut it up into thin slices then attach them all to a long lead plant weight

i wedge courgette and/or cucumber in between ocean rock and lava rock, works fine

Freeze and thaw or boil a couple of minutes.

I prefer freeze and thaw.
