Feeding Snails

How often do they need to be fed I gave them an algae wafer yesterdayand it is gone today.

Unless the snails ate the algae wafer within the first 10-15 minutes it is most likely it decomposed in to the substrate. There is no need to feed the algae wafers unless you know for sure the snails are eating them. Your snails will eat any left over food that is fed to your fish. Also I prefer to feed my snails cucumbers and zucchini, just put in one slice at a time and leave it for no more than 24 hours with 48 hours in between feeding.
