Feeding Regimen For Mbuna

I'm going to be buying foods over the next couple of weeks before I get my fish. What does your feeding schedule/regimen look like?

I know I'll be going to pellets, flakes, and frozen foods.

Any help is appreciated! Thanks in advance.

i feed flakes in the morning and pellets at night. hikari and jbl brand.

i tried gamma frozen vegetable food but the fish didnt like it.

I feed a decent spirulina flake in the morning and the same flake with new life spectrum pellets in the evening. I get great results.

I'm also in the same boat as you looking for a new brand food (once I have my tank stocked). have heard great things about New Life Spectrum.
