Feeding plan for Haps

My Hap tank is coming along nicely, but I want to make sure they get the best nutrition. Can anyone help me with recomended feeds for a week period to follow. At the mo they are getting a mix of Cichlid pellets and tropical flake (they are still half grown) and sometimes artemia. Do they need fresh greens? they seem to like chewing the plants.
