Feeding peas?

I believe Mbuna like peas? - I have frozen in the freezer, can I use these? do I need to blanche them or just defrost?

i just drop em in an inch or so of tank water in a glass and let them defrost then squeeze them out of their skins and right into the tank

Well blanch em and shell, goes yummy in lil' cichys tummy! same as lettuce, cucumber and corgette

You know I'm beginning to think that there is very little food Mbuna dont' love ...... never seen fish eat like they do
