Feeding Oto cats

How can I feed my Oto cats algae waffers without my Tiger barbs getting to them first? I tried feeding the Tiger barbs first hoping that they wouldn't get at the waffer but the always seem to find it.

I never thought of that. I guess the otos will find it in the dark?

duno if this will help..but without over feeding ..try and break the alage wafers say in half or 3 pieces using the normal amount u feed and distribute around the tank that way the barbs might not find all the pieces leaving food for your otos....

Alternatively, if the few methods above still doesn't work, you could try supplementing their diet with blanched vegetables like spinach etc The tiger barbs would most probably leave the spinach alone.
