Feeding My Fishy Friends

Hi everyone

Well, my tank is up and running steady pH 7.5 ammonia and nitrite are 0 and nitrate at 5.

My new arrivals seem to be very happy but i just want to check i'm feeding them correctly. I gave them a small pinch of food on sunday night, tuesday morning and tonight. is this ok?

In general, most people feed their fish once every day.

At each feeding, you should feed as much as the fish will eat in 2 - 3 minutes. If there is food left after this time, you have fed too much.

You are right to err on the side of caution though by feeding less often, rather than feeding too much.
