feeding Livebearers tubifex worms

I was just wondering if it is ok to feed livebearers tubifex worm. that's all they carry at my lfs. i found out it is ok for guppies but is it ok for the others too.

Freeze dried, live or frozen? I give the freeze dried tubifex worms to my swordtails as an occasional treat but have never tried live or frozen.

My guppies all love freeze dried tubifex as well, and I've never tried live or frozen either.

We treat both our tanks ( assorted fish including livebearers ) to live foods when we are able to get hold of some. Tubifex, bloodworm, brine shrimp, glassworms & daphnia & all the fish love them. Its a feeding frenzy.

I got the freeze dried and they love them.
