Feeding Fish

Hi friends. I have been reading alot online about tropical fish. This morning, I read this specific advice.

"To properly feed tropical fish, one should give them one flake (per inch of fish) 3 times a day! "

I had been giving more than this, for sure. What do you think?

How are your parameters? For me a good indication of overfeeding is bad parameters and a lot of algae (most tanks have a little )

What they say seems quite good advice in theiry but in practise it is difficult to make sure each fish gets just one flake, or even one and also to do this 3x per day! *phew*

I feed a little once every other day and my fish seem happy and very active.

i never heard of that before, i feed the same as cheese specialist

i say feed em only what they can eat in 2 mins. and feed 2 times a day. this will take a while to figure out but it works for me.
