How do you know you are feeding your fish enough food? and how much is too much? I have a 29 gallon tank with 2 golden mollies, 4 guppies, and a few glow lights and 2 neons

All livebearers have small stomachs and need frequent small feedings. You can feed them enough food to float on the top for two or three minutes four times a day. Since the other fish are small tetras your tank of fish will all be happy with their feeding.

I feed my fish 3 times a day (I have guppies too) and give them 3 different meals. Flakes, blood worms and this meat meal called community feast.

They demolish it within about 1 - 2 mins.

Fish are always hungry, so make sure you dont over feed them.
