Feeding Danois And Tiger Barb

my mate left me to feed his fish whilst he goes away

he has 2 zebra danios and 1 tiger barb. he lift me tetra tropical flakes which i presume is what he feeds them on at the moment. im not sure how often to feed tem though?

can anyone help

once every 2 days, put a pinch in and if its eaten put another in, if its eaten put another in, but do this for only 2 minutes, no more.

and tell him when he comes back that his fish are shoaling fish so he needs to increase numbers.
