my yellow clown goby is doing well. the only issue is that his shyness is makeing feeding dificult . i use an eye droper to feed him frozen spirulina enriched brine shrimp soaked in garlic extract wich he really loves. the prob is that the clown and neon pseudochromis are going at the eye droper trying to get to the food while im trying to get it to my clown goby and they usualy catch the food before the clown goby. ive tried just squirting a whole bunch and let it float around the tank but the clown and pseudochromis eat it before the clown goby gets to it. any ideas on what to do? i have tried seperating the clown goby but i dont like to stress him out with being caught and i dont want to keep him seperated totaly. any ideas will be appreciated.

maybe try the old distraction technique. Place food far as far away from the clown goby intially so the clown and the pseudochromis are eating that. While they are chowing down then attempt to feed the clown goby with the droper. I am able to feed my clown goby with tweezers so maybe that could work for yours.

Have you tried something like this before?

Its just a bit of hose pipe pushed unto a syringe.

Your gobby might get used to it once he has eaten from it once or twice. bobwumba has a good suggestion there too, try floating foods, whilst you use your dropper, or a syringe for your gobby.

If you think this is bad, don't buy sun corals.......all the advice looks good here. SH
