I've just bought a tub of NUTRAFIN Spirulina Algae Flake Food and just wondered if anyone has fed this to their fish and would be ok to feed to Malawis.

THIS Link shows what the tub looks like, about half way down under Spirulinsa Flakes.

Absolutely yes, they will love it. :good:

Thanks Cheffi that's what I thought, never hurts to check to see others experience. I fed to my community fish and they  it.

Spirulina flake is basically dried algae which is the staple diet of the Mbuna Malawi. :good: I buy the OSI one from a guy on ebay, works out cheaper and it's far better quality, much bigger flakes too. I looove the smell of it. :)

Agree 100% :D

All mine are fed on EXACTLY the same stuff you are after (NUTRAFIN Spirulina Algae Flake Food ) - either in flake or pellet form....

fish love it are healthy and give great colour :good:

Check out the fish in my sig and avatar - both are fed on the stuff 8)

Thats cheating Justin. Your fish are wild caught and should therefore have better colour anyway. :hey:
