Feeding Breeding Angels?

So 2 days ago my Platinum angels had their first spawn! I am wondering what would be best for feeding them to keep them spawning every 1-2 weeks. Bloodworms? Brine Shrimp? Not just as a only food but with my flake food also What do you guys think?

Bloodworms and live blackworms. Not much nutrition in frozen brine shrimp.

One advantage to brine shrimp is the roughage they provide when feeding breeding fish a high protein diet. Alternate a quality flake or pellet with brine shrimp, bloodworms, blackworms & so on. Fast one day weekly when feeding a high protein diet, I like t feed brine shrimp the day before their fast day.

Most dedicated fish stores will carry them. You may need to ask around.

Ok, I will see what I can find. But my pet store does not carry them. I will need to look in a bigger town....
