I hatched some baby brine shrimp to feed to my african cichlids (sizes range from 1" - 4").

Problem is, as baby brine shrimp they are way too small to even be seen, and they just get lost in the filter current. I want to grow them for a while till they get a little bigger. What do I feed them? And How? Right now I have them in a little beta hex plastic tank, aerated, with water kept at a steady 80F. They hatched a couple days ago.

Grow green water in a pond or soemthing as they eat algae.

P.s. the fish will be able to see it, it's amazing how small stuff they can find

Don't use water from a pond , will affect the water conditions too much even if you happen to have a salt water pond near you.
You have a few options, the best options being proper brine shrimp food like NT labs stuff, or microzell, you can pick them up from a good lfs or the internet and they cost between £3-£4. They are very easy to use and come with instructions.
Second best option is phytoplanton ('green water'), like these these.. You can also use the Spirulina from that page as a third best option, and feeding this will make them more nutritious to the fish,
Alternatively, grind down yeast with a mortar and pestle in a very fine powder. Add some this to water from the brine shrimp tank to form a paste and add to the tank until the water goes cloudy. When the water is clear again, the food is used up and you need to feed them again. This method is very fiddly though, if you miss a day your shrimp could die, as happened in my artemia nyos diary (see link in my sig) :) .
