Feeding A Ram

Hey guys,

I think i have a German Blue Ram. The pet shop guy said it was a Dwarf Blue Ram, which is the same i think? Anyway, what do you guys usually feed Rams? It is kinda hard to feed them Wardley Freeze Dryed Bloodworms since they float and the ram only looks for food on the bottom.

I crush up my pellets and feed them to them, but this topic is meant to be on New world Cichlids not Africano
