F'd Up Ventral Fin

I got him like a month ago and I just noticed last week, that he has an F'd up left ventral fin.It's all crooked and zig zagged,It doesn't seem to ail him but it's bugging me because I don't know why it's like that.

Probably a developmental problem, a couple of mine have odd ventrals, also if it gets injured they dont always grow back as they were

I went back to walmart today and the fish guy said he was a return.Appearently someone had kept him in a tank with onle ONE tiger barb,they had him in five minutes and they had to bring him back.
