It's only forever; not long at all...
My 20g has a lot of fish in. And my tap water has mid-range nitrate. So a lot of plants are not only going to be helpful for water quality, but I also have swordtails and danios (amongst others) who could do with dense planting to help keep some eggs uneaten. The problem is, to cope with the stocking levels (and the preference of the danios) I have a Fluval2+ on full, an elite mini on full, a spong filter and will have another filter slighlty bigger than an elite mini. My point being, theres a lot of current. I've currently got some floating elodea (probably chuck it, I only put it in there because it was going manky, but the swordtaisl like to eat it), an amazon sword (small) and some cabomba, half of which is short and not being blown about, the rest is. Lighting, not much, just under 1WPG, no CO2 or ferts (apart from fish wate, uneaten food etc.). I was thinking mainly java moss, getting some 'moss' balls and attatching them to the wood, but no idea what else. Any ideas?
