What are the smallest fry that can manage these as a first food?
idk how small they are but my half inch cherrys ate about 12 convict fry. very cool to watch
true fairy shrimp are usually freshwater and get much bigger than normal brineshrimp. But if you are talking about brineshrimp then newly hatched brineshrimp (called nauplii) can be eaten by baby cichlids & live bearers.
Most egg layers are too small to eat brineshrimp nauplii when they first hatch. Once the fry are a week old then they can usually eat them.
Microworms and vinegar eels are small foods that can also be fed to fish fry.
If you plan on breeding lots of fish you should invest in some rotifer eggs and start growing infusoria and green water.

I think until you actually know what you want to do I would buy small quantities of brineshrimp eggs, so try this guy on Ebay and see how you go on with that 370079253972
This guy on Ebay is selling Rotifer but he is based in the US so there is shipping time involved 220232925312
But until you have all your preliminary foods ready like green water, microworm etc I wouldn't hatch the killi eggs otherwise they will starve to death.
Iriatherina werneri and bloodfin tetra fry are some of the smallest freshwater fish fry and can eat rotifers. The majority of marine fish have tiny fry that can be fed on rotifers as a first food. Most rotifers are about half the size of a newly hatched brineshrimp.so whats the smallest fish fry that can manage rotifier?
