Just curious, prompted by another post that referred to Facebook, how many on here use Facebook?

I see there is a tff page but it doesn't seem to be overly used.

From other forums I am Facebook friends with quite a few others, and it's a good way to get to 'know' other posters.

Is it not the 'done' thing here, or am I just not in with the right crowd?

I now exclusively use facebook for filling the lives of either family who live far away, friends i get to see rsrely and acquintences i make through forums (but typically as a "post frequent other contacts and know we think similarly therefore my foul language or opinions (and likewise) will not be a problem)

I use facebook quite often, I treat it like my email now because of how easy it is to communicate in the sense that I check two to three times a day to see if anything has popped up. Liking the facebook page

In order to send a message to her "In" box I was required to pay $1.06, otherwise it would go to her "Other" box! Like they don't already make enough money. Sheesh.

I live in Surrey, but you're right about that pic - it was actually taken on Ditchling Beacon, lol. It was during the Downland Challenge 30 mile race that goes from near the Jack and Jill windmills along the SDW to Southease and back again every July. I used to do a bit of endurance running and the SDW is one of my favourite places. I actually created the 100 mile running race over the South Downs, but handed it over to a friend after a couple of years as I didn't have enough time to do it justice.

Excellent. I knew as soon as I saw it I knew that place. I live in burgess hill just 2 miles north of ditching and drive over there regularly to see my folks at Falmer and watch the footie at the new Amex stadium too small world, international forum and all that.

Respect for starting a great race, heard its a bit of a killer, you wouldn't get me trying it!!!

Wow, the things we miss not paying attention to this bookface thing.
I got bored with a friend who works in IT posting 20-25 times a day.
Might start a sneaky page no one knows about.
