looks like my late betta, the notoriously grumpy Nelly. I'm quite certain he was the devil though, maybe yours is a relative.

I have 2 bettas that look just like those. I'm asuming they were from the same ''batch'' since I bought together in the store at the same time, but you never know. Anyway, he looks lovely. Love the color. One of mine looks like the first picture of your and the other looks like the second one.

My white betta flares at anything, but my red/purple betta is more shy and rarely flares!
