F8 Puffers & Water Movement

hi guys and dolls, i will soon be stocking my tank, its very nearly cycled , i have a 180 ltr [ 40 gal ] tank and im using an external canister type filter , but ive recently add another *internal* filter , the water is quite turbulent , is this going to be a huge problem ?

or similar to something found in the *real world* ?

should i worry about stressing the fish ? [ f8 puffers & B Bees ]
