Eye Poped Out

Hi to all i need some help,i have checked my fish this morning and my mollie eye has poped out what should i do .

Size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

Are both eyes bulging out.
Any redness or whiteness around the eye.
Does the eye look cloudy.

Popeye can be caused by injury, bacterial, parasites, bad water quality.
