Extremely Worried, Please Advice

Just curious as to what their regular diet is? Could they have been constipated and just needed a slight fast to clear up?

Usually the tex eats cichlid pellets in the morning and then in the afternoon I give the ghost either mussel, bloodworm, shrimp, prawn, as he doesnt eat any flake/pellet never has. Obviously Mr Tex eats this as well, been fed like this for over 7 months and never had a problem before.

When I fed yesterday afternoon the ghost was up immediately and scoffing all he could get as normal, Im just happy they are both ok, having given up several tanks and fish over the last few months, these two I refused to let go as they are my favourite, if something happened to them, I would have seriously considered given up completely.
