Your gourami might just be stressed, so I don't think you should do anything but increase the frequency of water changes and perhaps add a little MelaFix It just doesn't make sense to medicate for something that can't be identified because you could end up suppressing symptoms that could let us know if something specific is wrong.
It does look like you might have a female there, and they are easily intimidated. That's how they act when they are being bullied or are in circumstances that upset them.
I am changing my tanks from gravel to sand, and had to move 4 female 3 spots into a different tank. They behaved the same way to the point that one now has a cut from trying to wedge herself between the corys' cave and the glass.
If you are going to Petland, pick up some live blackworms and see if you can tempt her to eat with them. It's a treat they rarely pass up, and your other fish will enjoy them too. If you don't know how to clean and care for them, just let me know.
